Shadow Dancing I believe this was the first time I made a doll with larger hands and a separate thumb. I think you can see the advantages. The hands look much more realistic, and graceful. The dress was made from fabric from VIP fabrics. Shadow Dancing was made for the Dollmakers Magic competition and the idea for the whole doll came from the fabric which showed up at my door from the sponsors of the show. Her hair is natural undyed silk. And the sleeves are antique lace.
